Webinar: boosting plastics recycling

CIMPA & PRIMUS organize an online event on the new rules for packaging and packaging waste and food contact materials.

CIMPA joins forces with PRIMUS, an Horizon Europe project, to inform about the new European regulations having impacts on the packaging and plastics recycling sectors.

Mathilde Taveau, regulatory advisor at Plastics Recyclers Europe and Maria Vera-Duran, project officer at EuRIC – the European Recycling Industries’ Confederation, will offer a deeper look at these new European Regulations.

Cross-project collaboration

CIMPA aims at establishing direct links with other EU funded projects that have the potential to contribute to EU policy developments in the area of circular and sustainable plastic. PRIMUS Project focuses on new polymer recycling technologies to produce new technically and safety compliant recycled materials that can be used for manufacturing high value products. As result of this cooperation between CIMPA & PRIMUS, this webinar has been organized.
